Privacy policy
Effective November 2, 2026. Covers georgiaratefinder.com, www.georgiaratefinder.com, and georgia-medicare-connection-concept.vercel.app.
Who receives your inquiry
Georgia Rate Finder is an independent inquiry project. Its authorized team, including Jay and the Matthews Automation account administrator, can review submissions in a private inbox. It is not an insurer or government agency. Privacy contact: contact@georgiaratefinder.com.
Information you submit
The adult intake asks for name, date of birth, Georgia ZIP code, coverage type, optional desired start date, contact details, preferred response method, and permission to respond. We record a reference, timestamp, and exact permission wording and version.
Auto questions cover garaging address, city, driver counts, drivers under 25, vehicle year/make/model, current insurance, and accident and ticket counts over five years. Home questions cover property address, city, ownership or rental relationship, optional year built, roof age, current insurance, and five-year claim counts. Health questions cover general coverage category, including Medicare, and whether you have Medicare Parts A and B.
Do not provide Social Security numbers, Medicare or policy numbers, driver's license numbers, diagnoses, prescriptions, medical records, identity documents, or payment details. We do not request children's identifying information.
Use and sharing
The project team reviews your request and responds by your chosen method: email or a manually placed phone call. Submitting does not enroll you, provide a quote, guarantee savings, or require a purchase. Permission does not include automated calls or texts.
We do not sell inquiries or distribute them to other insurance agencies. A change in recipients or use requires a separate disclosure and appropriate permission. Providers process information to operate the service: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for private database storage under the Matthews Automation account, Resend for email delivery, and Zoho for our mailbox. Information may also be disclosed to comply with valid legal obligations or address fraud and security issues.
Storage and access
Personal inquiry data, permission records, and team notes are encrypted by the application before database storage. Only approved team email addresses can sign in using one-time codes. Notifications contain only a category, reference, and private inbox link; no name, birth date, street address, or contact details.
Records are retained while needed for your request, follow-up administration, applicable recordkeeping, security, or disputes. There is no automatic fixed-period deletion promise. Request access, correction, deletion, retention information, or withdrawal using our privacy contact. Identity verification may be needed. Do not send sensitive documents in an initial email. Limited records may be retained to honor a Do not contact request or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may browse without submitting, stop at any time, or decline permission. Answers stay in page memory until submission and are not placed in URLs, advertising trackers, or browser storage. You may withdraw permission for future responses; withdrawal does not undo past processing.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting and security services process IP address, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security events. We use no advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or marketing cookies. Essential secure HttpOnly cookies bind team sign-in codes to a browser for up to 10 minutes and maintain team sessions for up to eight hours. Team access events are logged. Abuse controls use hashed rate-limit identifiers.
Security and updates
We use HTTPS, restricted database permissions, encrypted inquiry payloads, server validation, and abuse controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Team members should protect their inboxes and sign out on shared devices. This website is intended for adults. External sites have their own practices. Updates will appear here with a revised effective date; material collection or use changes will be disclosed before collecting under the changed practice.
